Have you ever wanted to make your own herbal medicine but wanted a hands-on course that shows you how to do it the right way
I’m excited to announce this year’s Spiritual Herbalism Program- a 6 month course that meets right here in Salt Lake City and explores the deep spiritual power of the plants in magic, medicine, and ritual.

As a group, we’ll meet a whole array of incredible medicinal herbs- most of whom grow here in our fair city quite happily. We’ll also learn about their folklore, traditional applications in medicine and magic, how to craft medicine with them, and how to work with them appropriately for various human wellness needs.

Rather than being a ‘this herb is used for this issue’ presentation, we’ll be wandering into the wild heart of herbal medicine and connecting to the who of the plants. Using traditional language models of energetics, temperament, elements, and constitution, we’ll learn to find the right herb for the right issue in the right person.

We’ll also be learning several styles of formulation so that you can confidently know how to blend herbs in synergistic ways for teas, tinctures, salves, oils, balms, steams, and more.

This is the sixth year in a row I’ve had the pleasure of offering this course. We meet one Sunday per month for six months with an optional apprenticeship session mid-month (highly suggested!).
